Why don't I lose weight?
even when I sport up to 3 times a week
In general women have a lesser muscle mass. That causes men to have a higher BMI. Also younger men have a greater muscle mass. Women’s abdominal circumference need to stay under 80 centimetres and for men that number is 94 centimetres. The life expectancy for obese people is shorter, because their chances to get diseases like cancer, cardiovascular diseases and lung conditions are increasingly higher.
Weight
If diabetes occurs because of emotional eating behaviour, behaviour therapy could help. Also endurance and strength sports will in fact help. Imagine you use surgery like the bypass. You would need to eat healthy and keep exercising for the rest of your life. If you want to work on your body weight, a combination of sporting and eating healthy foods is the best way to. But there’s a common mistake: seeing the scale as the only measurement of your progress of losing weight (this can show for example that your tight pants are looser).
Before and after trainings
After finishing a training you’ll need to rest, bus there is no good point in getting too much rest. You need to stay active. The thing you must do is trying to repel cravings for food. Additionally sporting soberly isn’t much better than sporting after eating your meal. The part you’ll need to focus on is training with higher volume. With that term I mean an endurance sport, like cycling. Research shows that people will lose weight if they’re sporting a minimal amount of 250 minutes in a week. The more muscles you use when exercising, the more calories are being burned (also like cycling). But before you finish this blog, a good thing to know about strength training is that you don’t use it to burn fat, but to grow your muscles. It will also help building resistance against diabetes type 2.
I hope you learned something that will help you losing weight.
